    Part Time Sales and Jr. Marketing Manager

    The Art Sherpa is seeking a part time Sales and Jr. Marketing Manager to help grow our Licensing and Business Support division. LaBS focuses on providing proven successful small business training and technologies needed to independently own and operate an art based business using The Art Sherpa tools and methodology.

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieving growth by developing sales targets and successfully managing the marketing campaign.
    • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong market presence
    • Managing, mentoring, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of LaBS members
    • Production of marketing materials; updating client-facing advertising pieces, reports and presentations; assisting with client communications and standardizing marketing materials.
    • Assist in the development of LaBS website and related technologies

    Requirements:

    • Must be able to work in G-suite and have a modern computer, smart phone and printer.
    • Experience coordinating with web developers and related work-flow
    • Reliable internet connection
    • Experience building successful sales teams
    • Marketing or sales portfolio
    • College degree or 10+ years of experience or impressive cover letter
    • Art education or experience; formal or informal, please include in resume
    • Understand the core values of The Art Sherpa, and want to help build a successful organization based on those tenants

    Compensation:

    • Part-time 15-20 hours a week
    • Industry competitive hourly rate based on experience and resume
    • Work from home, flexible hours
    • Performance based growth available

    First Tasks:

    • Manage redesign and rebuilding of LaBS sales funnel
    • Manage LaBS owner community and support their needs.
    • Develop and implement LaBS 2019 Seasonal event promotion and member training calendar
    • Collect and coordinate LaBS member needs with various The Art Sherpa LLC divisions.
    • Plan and attend industry events that promote LaBS
