I have decided to give each of my grandkids one of my first paintings as we celebrate their birthdays in 2022.  I will earmark each of them as I finish them, not in order I will know them as I paint them.  It is important to me that I give them these so they can watch me grow as an artist.  I don't care if they ever get hung up, I want them to have them as they grow.  After that, my course pieces will likely stay with me or in an art journal, unless it screams it has to go to somewhere else, I can't shut that voice up.  

I may have to build another chest for those journals and keep my painting art separate from my written art.  My dream is that no matter where those "Treasure Chests" end up, if they are appreciated for their true treasures within, my art, written, drawn, painted, and sometimes burned into wood, whichever way I need it then.  

If I have learned nothing from hitting rock bottom in life, and so buried as an artist it will probably take more years to clear the cobwebs of creativity then I have left on this earth.  But I am going to give it one hell of a try.  Just watch me.
