Hi all! For anyone who’s worked in Vermont, are there particular hospitals or clinics you’d recommend for travel nurses? I’m starting to look for my next contract and want to make sure I’m landing somewhere with a good reputation, supportive staff, and decent benefits. I’ve been browsing sites like https://tlcnursing.com/search-travel-jobs/search-jobs-in-vermont/ to check out facilities and contract details, but I’d really appreciate some real-world feedback. Any specific places you’d recommend—or avoid? I’d love to hear about your experiences before I commit to anything!

Great question! I’ve worked at a few different hospitals in Vermont and overall had really positive experiences. Personally, I found smaller hospitals to be friendlier, with close-knit teams and a more personal vibe—it made my assignments a lot more enjoyable. If you prefer a bigger hospital atmosphere, places in Burlington are usually busy but well-organized. No matter where you go, I always recommend reaching out to other travel nurses for recent reviews. That firsthand feedback makes a huge difference in knowing what to expect!
