Good morning all... I have Beans on the stove cooking and going to have fried taters and cornbread later this evening for dinner,,, So now, house is clean, supper is cooking, now time for me to paint!

It is Saturday 1:42pm here in Germany right now and I am still trying to overcome my pain of loosing my cat Speedy who died Easter Monday.He used to lay to my right on the couch,while I was painting.I miss him sooo much and it hurts still too much!Hope I can find my way back to painting,because it helped me a lot going through a lot of difficulties in my life.I hope someone in this awesome community understands me and what I am going through right now.?I really lost my best friend forever! :-(((

I would like to thank everyone for your wishes and positive energy sent this way!  My husband got his liver transplant April 6th and is doing really well. :-)

I started out with some sketches... of eyes.  I tried posting them with this update but, I think I messed it up, oops :) Anyway, they are showing in my gallery and that's okay! lol  Honest opinions are welcome as well as any tips or tricks to help me to improve.  I am hoping to get some more 'me' time and get a bit further on the quests, mini quests, etc. I still have yet to sketch my 'believe' face. I'm looking forward to it, though I want to practice sketching some more facial features before I actually do it. I have a tendency to be a perfectionist and get upset with myself when things don't turn out the way that I expect/want them to be. I am hoping that sketching and painting will allow me to let go of that part of myself and be more free...
