I found the Art Sherpa quite by accident.  I was looking for a specific tutorial on YouTube and stumble onto Cinnamon and John.  Prior to this I was painting halfheartedly with no real desire to go anywhere with it. Besides I was terrible!  After finding the Art Sherpa, I realized that “I can paint this”.

I have suffered with bi-polar, PTSD, and major depression for many years. I have been in the hospital to treat my disease but the benefits were never forever.  After I started working with the Art Sherpa, I have been through several cycles of mania and depression.  I have not had to be hospitalized once.  Painting has brought a new beginning to my life and no matter what I’m feeling I just sit down in my studio, turn to YouTube and paint.

I have so enjoyed becoming a part of this wonderful group of men, women and even little brushes.  The encouragement and responses to my art have been amazing. Thanks to Cinnamon and you all my life has literally changed.  Who knew art would be such a life saving joy?
