I was recently browsing a website selling professional kitchen equipment and came across this model: . I liked the presentation: clearly stated technical specifications, photos, description of features. I was particularly impressed by the fact that this model has a 30-quart bowl, 3 speeds and a planetary mixer drive with a good motor — just right for commercial use. I noticed that the website looks professional: convenient navigation, good photos, information about the configuration (bowl, hook, whisk) — it creates an impression of reliability. I became interested because such equipment could be a serious step forward for my small bakery.
