Story time!
I moved across state and started a new job last year, 2021, at a gay night club that also does a drag brunch show. ANYWAYS. New job, new city, no friends lol.
I quickly made some at work, one in particular got me talking about art and one thing led to another, I showed him a painting of a big autumn bitch tree I had just completed. Man, he GASSED ME UP! He was just so excited and impressed that it really inspired me to go home and paint more!
And so I painted this piece that night and gave it to him later on as a thank you. When I gave him the painting, he gasped and almost cried. Said he had been having a really tough day and all. But the painting made him really happy 😊 Which is so rewarding as an artist, and as a person!
