My mom's family is Italian. I guess I was feeling both ethnic, and Christmasy when I did this one, so I went with Buon Natale! instead of Merry Christmas!
Anyway, this was a rare one sitting painting for me. Ultramarine, yellow iron oxide, titanium and zinc whites, and just a touch of burnt sienna to darken the blue in a places.
