Paint the background black and then using chalk Add lines ever two inches on your 10x10. Make two more lines at the center marks. 

The Grid is done with chalk Board Chalk and with a watercolor Pencil by Caran D'ache 

After the grid is in Use it as a guide to draw in the design. Watercolor pencil blue.  Focus on the Contour Lies of the image and just each Square being careful to  keep to the entry and Exit point of Each line. All lines can be removed with Clean water and a soft damp brush .
